As a former Division 1 tennis coach, Charlotte understands the dedication and thorough planning it takes to win. Since joining Wordland in 2016, they’ve taken that knowledge and applied it to every part of their role as our team’s skillful Program and Operations Manager.
Heather joined the Wordland team as a writer in 2017, then quickly evolved into the role of strategist with her ability to guide editorial processes, seamlessly mesh with client teams, and clarify complex ideas.
